Shipping & Delivery
Your order will arrive on or before the expected date listed on your contract. Most orders will arrive via UPS or FedX ground service and or by Avery's delivery truck. Other delivery options are available for special circumstances such as last minute or international orders. Please make sure your Ship To Location can accept deliveries.

Returning Orders
How does the return process work?
It is your responsibility to contact UPS or FedX to arrange for pickup of all rental linen.  Avery's will provide pre-paid return labels, return duffle bags, and return instructions in the box in which your order is shipped to you.  Make sure to have the linen counted, packaged, and sent back using the enclosed prepaid UPS or FedX return label on the first business day following your event.  The packaged linen can either be delivered to the nearest UPS office, or you can call 503-515-7113.  Make sure to use the following Avery's ship-to-address:

What do I do if I have lost my UPS or FedX return label or Averys duffle bags?
If for any reason you se a return label other than the one that Avery's provided, or have lost our duffle bag, you must call Avery's at 503-515-7113
Note: Damp or Wet lines must be returned immediately.  Make sure linen is returned free of any food, floral, candel wax or any other miscellaneous debris.  Otherwise, you may be charged an additional cleaning or replacement fee.
Ordering
You may order online, by email or phone at anytime.  Avery's has a two week policy, however, additions to an order may be made at anytime, but additinal charges may apply if expedited shipping or production of linens are needed. Reductions or cancellations must be made two weeks prior to the event.  No order is too small or too big for Avery's Chair Covers & More.
Payment Options
Averys accepts payment by Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  
Do I have to pay for linen that I don't use?
Yes, we must charge for all linen shipped at the regular rental rates, unless the full order is cancelled and returned in the original packaging, in which case a 40% restocking charge applies.  Note:  All cancellations must be made in writing via email two weeks prior to contracted date otherwise you will be charged in full. 
Productions Services
Avery's regularly provides production services in most areas.  We have experienced specialist who install chair covers, sashes, napkins and table linens.  Finally, we also provide a tear down team at the end of your event to make to leave you stress free about returning the linens.
